Our Institution

A new feather was added to the Trinity Group of Institutions named Trinity Institute of Management and Technology (TIMT), affiliated to IKG Punjab Technical University on 3rd July 2018 with three courses BBA, BCA, B.Sc. (Medical Lab Science). The main purpose of this institute was not simply to promote technical and management education but to ensure the holistic development of the youth.

The new building was inaugurated on 24th July 2019 by Most Rt. Rev. Dr. Agnelo Gracias under the vibrant leadership of Rev. Fr. Peter Kavumpuram, Director TGI.

TIMT is the cherished dream that provides professional courses for the young of today so that they have easy accessibility to employment, thereby creating an empowered workforce who in turn will pave the transformation of society.

In 2019, the very next year 3 more courses were added namely B.Sc. Fashion Design, Bachelor in Hotel Management and Catering Technology and Bachelor of Travel and Tourism In 2020, M.Sc. Biochemistry was added. TIMT expanded its wings by adding three new courses - M.Sc. Medical Microbiology, B. Voc. in Travel and Tourism Management and B. Voc in Hospitality and catering management in 2022. At present, there are 9 courses.

Since Inception, Trinity Institute of Management & Technology is continuously striving to maintain academic excellence. In the years 2019, 2022, and 2023, students bagged university merit positions in academics and performed significantly in sports, cultural and extra-curricular activities.

TIMT is committed to stay at the forefront of education, fostering innovation and preparing our students to meet the challenges of the ever-evolving world as per the vision and mission of TIMT.

The year 2024 was a milestone for the institution with Fashion Design students securing 1st, 3rd, and 6th positions in the university merit list. The Department of MLS bagged the 10th university merit position, reflecting consistent academic excellence.

Continuing its pursuit of academic excellence, Trinity Institute of Management and Technology (TIMT) witnessed another year of outstanding achievements in 2025. Students from the Department of Travel and Tourism secured the 1st and 9th positions in the university merit list, while the Department of Fashion Design attained the 5th and 7th positions. Adding to this remarkable success, the Department of Medical Lab Sciences secured the 5th university position. These accomplishments reflect TIMT's commitment to nurturing talent, promoting academic excellence, and fostering holistic development.
